“Engage – Inspire – Achieve” Where The Only Limitations Are Set By – YOU!

Important to Remember...

Even when life seems to ‘derail’ you – even that, has its purpose! Regroup. . . Aim high. . . And make the next move!

SUCCESS is about Crossing the finish line… Not, how fast you get there!

Growing Tip...

Your harvest is based on The seeds YOU plant – and how well you NURTURE them!

“Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.” — Helen Keller

i know mister Smith personally and at first when i met him i thought maybe i could work with him and his group of mentor. But when i Left Hillcrest also Known as Rites Of Passage i was working with him and i felt like i wasn’t interested in IDA anymore because of my Street Mentality that i was still Caught up in. I didn’t get back into Contact with Mister Smith Until after me getting Shot Back in Dec. Of 2014 and i told him ” I wanna come back and work with you i’m done with the streets its Nothing out there for me, I wanna be able to tell other people my age even younger that these streets aint the way to go at all because i faced death and facing death isn’t a Pretty thing to meet when its not your time.” is what i told mister Smith. I’m just saying on this Feed Back Chart that ” IDA ” is the Place to Go if you are trying Find Guidance Away from the ” Streets ” and this is Coming From Someone that has been to “HELL” And Back. I am IDA……

  4. IDREAM ACADEMY is a valuable company that offers a variety of services. IDA, at its core, guarantees young people that there is someone who cares about them, assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, and makes them feel like they matter. Research confirms that quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on young people in a variety of personal, academic, and professional situations. Ultimately, mentoring connects a young person to personal growth and development, and social and economic opportunity. Yet one in three young people will grow up without this critical asset.IDA is at the top of the key chain. Thanks for all that you do.

  5. There is a new level of attack on our youths. There are those who say, when I was young I did this or i wouldn’t do that, so I speak on behalf of our youth – these are different times – these are more dangerous and discouraging times, there has to be a vehicle that can impact our young people’s life’s not with words but with practical applicable solutions! This is what I Dream Academy has opened up to our youths! De’Ron Smith bless you for being the vessel that God has allowed to make sure our youths can get what is needed to succeed in all areas of their lives

As a result of the most recent murders of African Americans and people of color, the Alton Sterling, Fernando Castille, Freddy Gray, Temir Rice, Sandra Bland, Sam Dubose and countless other, I’m numb and with mixed emotions regarding the plight of our Country! Where is the ACCOUNTABILITY?

In all these cases,’if’ this is truly an America of the free and with liberty to exercise your human rights, why aren’t we seeing equal scales of justice?

Dealing with youths of ALL ethnicities, it pains me to see what could potentially happen to any of them! These are indeed sad times for our country. With hopes that one day we’ll rise to be the imagined nation written down on paper. Until then, there is much that need’s to change here and it all begins with each one of us!

Stay encouraged! The best has yet to come!1

I take this opportunity to say “THANK YOU” to the parents who came out to fellowship with their child during our “Day at IDA” event! I can’t convey in enough words the gratitude I feel for your continual support of what we do. You, entrust us with your most precious gift – your child! Believing that we’ll handle them with the same delicacy and love as a Mentor, Coach, Big Brother, Parent Figure. You unselfishly donated your time to speak to our cameras in regards to the progress (es) you’ve recognized in your child from the time you SACRIFICED, INVESTED, and made the ultimate commitment to enroll him within our Mentoring and Developmental Academy! Again, “I Salute You!”

The TEAM of I Dream Academy extends their wholehearted appreciations to you, your child, and the investors who makes all of what we do possible. Our YOUTH are facing challenges in many areas; in addition, not all “Bad Decisions” equates to being a “bad kid”. . . There is potential in each of us. Our Academy seeks to explore the greatness in them, while excavating anything that hinders the possibility of progress.

To Mr. Carlton Brown, thank you, sir, for sacrificing your time and expertise. Also, for encouraging our youth by depositing elderly wisdom and HOPE.

Continue to wish our mission a positive faith movement! Perhaps, one day we’ll see YOU!!

The killings across this country is really depressing. Not to mention, the constant media regarding Trump and the Russia investigations. How will this White House episode effect the future of our youth? After school programs have been cut; predominantly, hurting youth below a particular poverty line.
